Made of 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex, I can't believe they feel as soft as if they were made of cotton. I ordered them XXL and they fit well even though I am medium US (32 waist). Very light and comfortable fit. The only setback is that unlike my "Hanes", they do not have an opening in the front. But I can work around that.
