Always sceptical, I bought these with eyebrows raised. However, I applied one on a three hour car ride, during which, as a passenger, I would certainly get motion sickness normally, and I was completely fine. No nausea, no vertigo. My teenage son, who also gets queasy travelling, did experience mild symptoms.
