These have a great range and I can hear through them great. However, two things I noted that the instructions said they come with earbuds and not to use other earbuds with them because it could damage the set... no earbuds came with them. The other thing is the backs fall off easily so I had to tape them in place. I am thrilled with their quality however compared to other's we have bought at the same price point.
