Very comfortable. I bought these because the side of my shoe was rubbing against my foot and giving me a blister. I thought if I raised by heel slightly, it would elevate my foot enough to prevent the blisters. Not only did it stop my foot from rubbing that same spot, but these have also proven to be incredibly comfortable - like walking on clouds.
