Good value. Awesome bonus gift! Wrist Brace is effective for both right or left which is great because I often have pain in both but at different times. Only lacking one star because I wish it was padded more but fits good and stays in place. Easy to use. Bonus gift is great touch! I love recieving things I never knew I needed! It feels great, promotes circulation, and for me personally a perfect fidget item for my anxiety & ADHD. I will get great use of these!
