I am really impressed with this thing's ability.  I plugged a small air compressor into it after a roadside situation and it handled it just fine.  I was expecting it to blow the fuses in my car if not fry the box but no problems.  I use it regularily on long trips to power my laptop and at the beach to inflate my floaties.  I have never had any problems.  Strongly recommend.
