All I can say is "Wow!" This thing is much larger than I expected! But it's not heavy when I have it on my head. The light part itself is a light metal and because it's LED, you know it's gonna be bright. The light on the front is mounted on a moveable hinge, so you can adjust it and point it just where you want to. And I love that it's rechargeable. This is really a nice headlamp and comes with all you need, as you can see in my pics.
