I'm a newspaper carrier. So it could be pouring out or snow but we gotta deliver. Right now its freezing in maine. So I was so impressed that there was room for me to put these over my winter jacket. It's not too long so if dont catch everything like most of my other rain coats. I plan on buying some for my daughters two thumbs up for sure
