One of the main reason I bought his bag for my husband was becuase it was water-resistant.  So far that has been true.  He needs a bag to take to the range with him that would fit all his gear, which can get pretty heavy.  This backpack has double-stitching, Heavy duty zippers and utility-style cord pulls, Side and front load compression system, Ventilated mesh padded back area & shoulder strap.  You really could not ask for much more in a bag.   It is hydration compatible that works great for a hydration bladder so we were able to use the one that we already had at home and it worke out great. This bag would work for anyone that wants to use it for a bug out bag, range bag, hunting backpack, survival backpack, army backpack, trekking backpack or just in their everyday life.  The color is also perfect.
