The first pair I recieved looked as if the had been used. The bottom of the case had scuff marks and the band for the earphones was broken. I returned it for a replacement. The second pair broke where the headband folds. I will be sending these back for a refund. The sound quality was pretty good and it has a lot of useful features such as an FM radio and SD card slot but the folding part of the headband needs some improvement to make it stronger.
