This is a pair of grip strength trainers from Hausbell. They are made of a composite material and are adjustable from approx 30 to 145 pounds by adjusting the springs using the knobs to the front of the units. They have markings indicating the current adjustment. They fit your hand very well and work smoothly and steadily. You can exercise your hands anywhere you want, including watching TV (which is what I am doing right now).
They are a nice addition to your exercise equipment and will strengthen your grip to help when doing other exercises, such as weight machines etc.
