Good health supplement

My krill oil arrived in a glass bottle and sealed, which was nice, as some of my other supplements have a plastic band but not an additional sealing protection under the lid.  This Kryon health supplement is to help reduce stress, improve mood and support cardiovascular health.  My doctor told me I have slightly elevated cholesterol levels and told me to take Omega-3 so I pop 2 of these softgel pills down my throat first thing in the morning and don't worry about it.
