This is the best invention by far, it really does help children and adults with issues , i got one for my granddaughter whom has for years bite her nails and she has a mild attention disorder due to birth issues when she was being born and it really does help her out so much .

That she has stopped biting her nails and does better in school now , that she has this to releave stress she has when around people in school . we are very pleased with this product and will tell all our friends and family were to get one at now .
