OK so I have been using for a little over a week am I a brain surgeon now NO, but I do feel more alert somewhat. No jitter side effects at all pill is easy to swallow no bad taste or smell. I find the older I get the harder it is to get stuff done tired and I think I may have a little ADHD lol I think I would need to use these for a couple of months to really gage the difference but so far so good and I will continue to use better then drinking to much coffee or 5hr energy.
