I made sure to write a review for this because I had purchased a very expensive heating blanket and by the 3rd use it had an error message on it. I returned it and purchased this on. I am very happy to say that this one does the job and it's simple to operate. It has 6 heating levels and it stays on for a nice while. The pad is soft and fluffy without any bulkieness or wires poking you. It keeps my back warm and loose. I am so happy with my heating pad.
