I like those Namay Resistance Bands. They are right for me. I like that the bands came in a portable bag which I can take with me everywhere I am. Most day I cannot drive to the Gym because of unimaginable pain that is my constant companion. By using these bands I can choose the level of stress I can put on my muscles. I am able to exercise each muscle group without too much strain or bursting into tears. These bands are really useful.
