Seem to be of decent quality, for just being varying thickness of an extremely wide rubber band.
It really would have been nice if the manufacturer would have marked the bands.
Besides feeling the thickness of each band - there is no way to know which one
is mild / easy (use), mediun or extreme. . .
I numbered mine from 1 to 5, thinnest to thickest.
