These resistance bands do work well for yoga and physical therapy, however one of them broke about 3 weeks after I started using it. They also smell a little bit odd, but that dissipates after airing out for a while. Overall, the quality is good for the price and I would recommend these bands for someone needing a budget friendly set of bands. Especially if you’re just beginning.
