FIRST OF ALL!!!!!! It has pockets!!! I love when workout shorts have side pockets! I used my AC controller to demonstrate the pockets!
The spandex material is great, feels super sleek and goes up to my waistline. You can pair with just a sports bra for a great workout attire! (That way you'll have like an inch of skin belt and not a whole waist to show off.)
I got this for marathon training and it's great!! No chaffing!
I am 5'2" and about 175 lbs and got a M size.
