I'm not sure if it's the machine or me, but this thing didn't pull anything out, but it did leave bright purple hickeys all over my face. The suction is strong but not strong enough to pull out blackheads. I just bought a facial steamer so I will try one more time to use it after that, but I have not been impressed so far.
