These are great at finger strengthening and much harder than it appears. The green is the easiest and the orange I can't even strectch with one hand just yet. Going to keep working them till I'm able to fully open my hand with these on. My carpel tunnel hasn't really flaired much since I've been using these!
***Edit October 14, 2018*** Unfortunately after only 2 weeks, 2 of the bands have busted (wasn't even continuously used). I asked the company for replacements and they told me no that they will issue me a refund. So give a coupon code and then not honor their product!
