Book lamp

THIS IS SO FREAKING COOL I CAN'T TAKE IT!

Wow. Okay. 

So it's a book lamp, and it's beautiful. The wood is all one piece, lovingly cut so that the binding folds gracefully. The "pages" are light and crisp, and the book changes from a warm yellow (my fave, if you can't tell from the pictures) to a cool white when you open and close the book. First open: warm. Second: cool. Third: alternate warm and cool. 

Not only is this great to keep on a bookshelf and take off when you need a light, but it can be used as a really interesting photo prop, as seen by the first photo posted. It's too fragile for my little kiddos, but would look great in a tween or teenager bedroom. 

Honestly this is a bit like an art piece. It's just really lovely.
