Doesn't Connect to my iPad

The pen is nice quality and charged well. I followed the directions to plug in the pen to start using after it has full charge. I did this until the red light turned blue. When I took it off charge and tried to pair it with my iPad, it never appeared. I turned it on and off, tried using different apps to connect it, Bluetooth pair. Nothing I did worked. The pen has not worked since I got it, nor does it work as promised. I give it two stars because if it did work, its comfortable to hold, charges easily, and nice quality. It doesn't connect to my device for use, however, making it worthless.
