I’ve been looking for a good grater for awhile now. To be honest, I always thought they were too pricey for what you get. Not this one. It’s longer than others I’ve seen, and it comes with a protective cover and a small brush for cleaning. The handle is easy to grip and my hand won’t get tired.

I look forward to using this grater. I’m vegan and would like to grate my own vegan cheese. I also plan on using it to zest lemons and grate chocolate for baking. I’ve (cautiously) check out the grating edges. They’re nice and sharp and should work well on whatever I use it on.
