These are DeWalt Drive Guide Magnetic Extensions. They allow you to quickly exchange driver bits. They also hold hex screws with 1/4" heads, thanks to the owerful magnet inside. They are currently out of stock, the reason for the -0.01 price, List price is normally in the $3-5 price range. I will use this all the time in one of my cordless drills.
