Just tried it for the first time, wanted to write a review before I forgot to because I am very pleased with the product.I have had severe back pain for 3 years and have been in and out of chiropractors offices and have to have a deep tissue massage once a month to try to relieve the pain. This isn't as pleasurable of a experience as going to a spa for a massage but as far as getting relief for the pain, I was able to use it on myself and get out muscle knots and general areas of pain. The only issue with this product is that after a while using it, it does make your skin itch due to the vibrations. Other than that it is a great product.
