They all pulled my facial hair and burned out right after I bought them

This trimmer is fantastic, I'm not exaggerating, I bought five different trimmers before this one that all stopped working within a couple of months. Before those trimmers I had a Wahl brand trimmer that I had owned for years. It worked great for many years, when that one finally died on me I went to Walmart and got the modern equivalent model and it was completely unacceptable. After that one didn't work out I tried a bunch of different models and they were all terrible. They all pulled my facial hair and burned out right after I bought them. I was starting to wonder if anyone made a decent trimmer for under a hundred dollars anymore. I decided to check YouTube and I came across this trimmer in one of the "best of" videos that I watched. I was looking at another one from the list but the reviews convinced me to go with this one. I'm super glad that I did. The only reason I'm not giving this a full five stars is because in the pictures it looks like it's made of metal but it's hollow plastic. I was hoping at this price point I'd get a trimmer with a hefty metal body. I guess these days if you want that kind of construction you have to spend a lot of money. That being said the motor in this trimmer is powerful and the blades are sharp so it does a great job trimming my course facial hair. Despite the plastic build of this trimmer I'm very glad that I found it because I was starting to look like a mountain man. I've had it for about a year now and I've been very happy with it.
