Decent support

I purchased these support gels to wear with a pair of booties that don't have enough room for my doctor-recommended insoles. I have flat feet and wear insoles daily. These provided arch support, which I appreciated. They are not comfortable enough for every day, however,  as they suggest. The gel material is not soft enough for daily use, and even wearing in an office where I sit 95% of the time, I could tell when I was wearing them. They are a good option for these particular shoes since I cannot wear my insoles, but I would not want to wear these for long.
