I have thought about purchasing a multi meter for years, and finally had a real reason -testing of a suspect battery charging device, along with the battery itself for a DR Power Grader. Battery charging device proved faulty and have gotten a replacement charger from the manufacturer free of charge. Now I can test the battery charger and the battery whenever I want/need to. No more guessing. I like this Digital Multimeter but have nothing to compare it to
