The main thing I look for in a power is the take and the texture. The texture is fine and does not clump up therefor, I dont have the sticky feel in my mouth when mixing it in with my morning heathly shake. I was not able to tell the difference in flavor when I used this in my coffee either. I have not used it long enough to see the difference as to my body and the feel but I can say it has added goodness all throught it and it was a wonderful buy.
