Ok my head is really small and these don't really adjust all that much for smaller heads which is why im a little dissapointed because I use glasses and they are always falling off when I'm looking down or cooking. I was kinda hoping to rectify that issue with these straps but because my head is so tiny it didn't really help at all, also the grip power of these things aren't all that great but if you have a bigger head it might work out for you.
