I got this a few days ago. The box was in good shape and not banged up. My son was super excited to recieve these. he loves being in the kitchen with me and this will keep him entertained. He had a lot of fun while learning the letters while he was hanging out with me in the kitchen. The letters are very sturdy and i truly recommend this product.
