~ What ~
Having a thick black double latex core fabric with solid ¾-inch brass fittings, this 50-foot garden hose comes with a nozzle, holding bracket, and carrying bag. ~ Why ~
When a friend of mine took care of our yard when we were gone a few days, she commented on how nice our expandable hose was. The best thing about them is that they shrink down and do not take up a lot of space. What makes this one better than others is the double latex core that will not falter when it is stretched like other expandable hoses do, altering the water flow. Another perk over the others is there is a turn off valve at the end of the nozzle end, making it ideal when you have to turn the water off quickly. A nice feature of the nozzle is that it has 9 not the standard 8 positions and a wide easy click on and off button on the handle.
~ Why Not ~
Some may not like expandable hoses, thinking they will get tied up in knots or be stretched too far and burst, but this one is made better than others. Some may think a dog could chew the hose (which our dog did to one), but I think this one’s thickness will deter him when my friend takes care of our beagle.
~ Wish ~
It would be ideal if the hose itself could come in other colors like the blue, green, or red that is shown on the box. Including instructions and tips would be helpful. I hope my friend doesn’t see this post or she will know what she is getting for her birthday in two weeks.

If you are looking for an expandable garden hose that has been updated in 2019 and comes complete with an adjustable nozzle, bracket to hold it, and carrying bag, this would be an excellent choice or gift for a gardener.
