My granddaughter's house has track lighting in her kitchen, which uses GU10 Halogen bulbs. The bulbs she has gotten from the Big Box Stores have not had a great lifespan, and they are expensive to boot. These bulbs are to replace her original bulbs. These LED bulbs only draw 7 watts vs. the 50 watt originals, which will save a lot of electricity. In addition, these bulb will nt have the heating problems of her originals. These should work well for years.
