I needed a way to stretch my back do to soreness so I got this. I lay on it and it does exactly what I needed. You can adjust the level of curvature to your preference. Also my daughter has scoliosis so I got her to use it and she liked it too. If you have a sore back this might help you. the device is sturdy and fits for my frame 6 foot tall.
