Pretty awesome, my appetite has diminished. Make sure you do keep this item refrigerated at all times.
I'm not fond of the taste but it works as I see it working with me, I can ignore somewhat the after taste, gives a boost energy levels. I gave some to my roommate she likes how it tastes, so I guess it's just me. However, this does work, my roommate says she felt less anxious but energetic not craving sweets. Yes I recommend!!!
