So I seen this was leaning more towards cats but my dog is probably smaller then some cats so I decided to purchase it to give it a try. Glad I did. This works perfect. I'm able to set his feedings for 4 different times a day with just the right amount of food being dispersed. I thought he would be scared of it but honestly it's funny it's like he knows when it's about to pour. Best invention because now I don't worry about if the kids fed the dog or not.
