There's a spoken rule in my house, "Mom's not allowed to use a knife!" I don't know why but pretty much every time I use a knife to cut something, I end up cutting myself. I'm so glad I got these gloves. I was making a roast with potatoes and carrots the day I got the gloves in the mail and my husband yelled at me to put the gloves on, I'm glad I did. Into my fourth potato, I ended up dragging the knife across my thumb. Without the gloves I would have had yet another scar on my thumb. These gloves are awesome! I even cut the tip of the glove a few times slicing the carrots. These gloves are going to save my poor fingers for the rest of my life. They are very comfortable and light weight. Seriously, they work, you do not cut yourself. They don't slip off and they are easy to rinse out and I just put them to dry in the dish rack.
