These have a great quality compared to some I have tried. They come with 2 tablets instead of 1. Size it perfect for those with all jaw sizes. Small jaws especially because it doesn't cause that excess pain from stretch. Great quality thus far & will change review if later it gets worse. So far so good & worth it for what I'm wanting to accomplish.
