These cool, soothing under-eye patches are one of my favorite beauty products for refreshing tired eyes. The packaging is smart-rather than the individually wrapped sets that I have experienced prior to this brand, they are conveniently packaged together in a small plastic jar, and comes complete with a tiny spatula for application.
