This is a well made selfie stick with the extendable pole being made of aluminium so it is lovely and lightweight. The pole extends a good distance and I have no issues with holding my gopro on the end of this. 

The fittings offer a secure grip and the whole item is sturdy and feels good quality.

When not extended it is lightweight to carry around with a handy wrist strap.
