This is more for my fiance than myself, but I actually benefited from using this on my lower back. I had knots that I ignored for a while. Yes, I was sore some after use but the next day my back wasn't hurting as much. I really like the multiple choices you have for your electric current massage. I guess that's what I'll call it. Lol. Not only do you have different massage styles to choose from, you can also turn up or down the strength several notches. There's plenty of the sticky pieces and enough extra cords to use every sticky pad in the package. Another convenient feature is this thing is rechargeable. I cannot stand having to buy batteries so that's always a major plus with any item! Only reason it doesn't have 5 full
