I have tried a few other steamers that never got the job done. This is lightweight and powerful. Simple to use, just take the top off, fill with water, replace top and plug in. It's ready to use in less than a minute. I got this for my son for college. After he tried it first time he wanted to make sure it was going with him. That says a lot for a teenager to be interested in this. We are very impressed. Great product.
