I got 4 plastic bulbs with blue and black base and clips in this box. They are LED lights that work on 3 AAAbatteries each (not included). The battery holder has a slide groove so you can not put the battery cage in wrong.There is a power button that you use to cycle thru the 4 different stages of high, low ,flash, and S.O.S..
