This device is at it shows it is. I wish it would work on my dogs, however, they just keep barking through using it. It fits great in the palm of your hand, use it while walking the dogs, or in the house when they are barking. Thus far I have not had great luck with it. I will keep trying to use it. Perhaps a bigger dog might have more sensitive hearing to the signals given.
