For me, I found it very difficult to adjust it.
It was quite a workout getting the pieces into position.
Once I finally got it all together, I pretty much decided it would not be adjusted again and would stay at the setting that I put it at the first time.
So, that being said... While this does an okay job at stretching out my back, it would be 10 times better if I could easily change the settings.
