I love this cheesecloth. Number one the price of it is great for it to be washable and reusable. The cheesecloths locally do not have the option of being reusable. So I am very excited abou that. I use cheesecloths to infuse butter and other things. I also use it to make my cheese. When using it to drain herbs it can definitly ruin a cloth. I am glad to have ran across this cloth and was able to purchase it.
