This bag is a fire retardant document bag. It is designed to keep your confidential documents safe in the event of a fire. The size is exactly what I want. it fits my documents well.  Very pleased with the sturdy construction, zipper and velcro fasteners. The waterproof ability is good.  If it was actually introduced into a fire impingement or high heat environment the Velcro would fail leaving the documents exposed to the hazards. For a little extra money the fire vault is definitely the way to go!
