Works well ! Good quality. Using this yoga strap by #Tommie in physical therapy for getting more stretch after my 2nd rotator cuff surgery. I put the top loop in my left hand. Then I put the strap ove my left shoulder and reach behind me with my right ha d. I then reach the tallest loop I can behind my back with the right hand amd pull for a stretch count of 30 seconds. Then I relax. I do this 3 times and I stretch it out 2x per day seems to be working well. At $19.99 this is affordable and a great way to aid in my own rehab.
