Very nice support in areas that need a little extra tlc. they are curved up from arch area up to the end of the heal. I've used mine for about a week now and my feet feel great when I take my shoes off :)
They have nice grippers on the bottom so they do not slide around in you shoes.
More so for Women as they are not tht large for guys shoes. Mine said a little past size 9.
They are narrow also so if you have wide feet I would not recommend.
I would recommend these to others as long as they are aware of all info I have listed.
